1. About Prompt Minda
Prompt Minda is a productivity application designed to help users save, organize, search, edit, favorite, copy, manage, and share AI prompts.
Prompt Minda does not require users to create an account or sign in to use the main application features.
The app is designed primarily as a personal prompt-management tool.
2. Information Stored in Prompt Minda
Information such as your saved prompts, prompt titles, categories, tags, favorites, dates, and related prompt-library information is intended to be stored locally on your device.
Prompt Minda does not operate a user-account system for storing your prompt library on our servers.
Your locally saved prompt content is not automatically uploaded to Prompt Minda servers.
If you delete prompts, clear application data, or uninstall the app, locally stored information may be permanently removed from your device.
3. Personal Information
Prompt Minda does not require you to provide personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, password, or payment information to use the normal prompt-management features of the application.
We do not intentionally collect this information through the prompt-saving functionality.
If you voluntarily contact us by email or phone, we may receive the information you choose to provide so that we can respond to your request.
4. Your Prompt Content
Your saved prompts are intended to remain stored locally on your device unless you deliberately copy, export, or share them.
Prompt Minda does not sell your saved prompts.
Prompt Minda does not use the text of your locally stored prompts for targeted advertising.
Prompt Minda does not use your locally stored prompts to train artificial-intelligence models.
When you deliberately share a prompt using another application or service, the information you choose to share becomes subject to that third party’s privacy practices.
5. Advertising
Prompt Minda uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising technologies may automatically collect or process certain technical information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising.
Depending on device settings, geographic region, consent choices, and Google’s services, this may include information such as device identifiers, approximate or coarse location derived from an IP address, advertising data, ad impressions, ad interactions, app interactions, performance information, crash information, and diagnostic information.
Prompt Minda does not provide the text of your locally stored prompts to Google AdMob for advertising purposes.
6. Advertising Consent
Prompt Minda uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable.
Depending on your country or region, you may see a consent message relating to advertising, privacy preferences, personalized advertising, or data processing.
Your advertising experience may depend on your consent choices, device configuration, applicable privacy laws, Google advertising settings, and the availability of advertising partners.
You may be able to review or modify applicable privacy choices through consent controls presented in the application or through your device and account settings.
7. App Tracking Transparency
Prompt Minda does not currently request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
Prompt Minda does not intentionally use its own systems to track individual users across applications or websites owned by other companies.
Third-party services used by the application may process technical or advertising-related information according to their own privacy policies and applicable Apple platform requirements.
If Prompt Minda introduces functionality in the future that requires Apple’s tracking permission, we will update the application and this Privacy Policy where required.
8. Firebase Cloud Messaging and Push Notifications
Prompt Minda uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to support push notifications.
Firebase may process technical information required to register and deliver notifications, such as a Firebase installation identifier, FCM registration token, Apple Push Notification Service token, application information, device information, and diagnostic information related to message delivery.
Prompt Minda may use notifications to communicate app-related information, feature updates, announcements, reminders, or other relevant communications.
You can disable notifications at any time through your iPhone notification settings.
9. Apple Push Notification Service
Prompt Minda uses Apple Push Notification Service, commonly known as APNs, as part of the process of delivering notifications to Apple devices.
Apple may process technical information necessary to deliver those notifications according to Apple’s own privacy practices.
10. Device Information
Third-party services integrated with Prompt Minda may process certain device-related information.

Prompt-library information stored locally on your device remains on your device until you delete it, reset the application, clear relevant application data, or uninstall Prompt Minda.

22. Data Deletion
Because Prompt Minda does not currently require a user account and primarily stores prompt information locally, you can remove saved prompt information by deleting individual prompts within the application or by uninstalling Prompt Minda.
Deleting or uninstalling Prompt Minda does not necessarily delete information independently retained by third-party providers such as Google or Apple.
Requests relating to information independently controlled by those providers may need to be submitted directly to the relevant provider.
23. Data Security
We take reasonable steps when designing Prompt Minda to reduce unnecessary collection of personal information and to keep the application simple and privacy-conscious.
However, no electronic device, application, network, storage system, or internet-based service can guarantee complete security.
Users should avoid storing passwords, banking information, government identification numbers, highly confidential business information, or other extremely sensitive information inside prompts unless they understand and accept the risks of storing such information on their device.
24. Children’s Privacy
Prompt Minda is a general productivity application and is not specifically designed or marketed as an application directed toward children.
Prompt Minda does not knowingly request children to submit names, email addresses, telephone numbers, physical addresses, or other direct contact information through its main application functionality.
Third-party advertising and platform services may apply additional protections depending on applicable laws, age settings, geographic region, and platform requirements.
